Search for your home
With your wishlist in hand, you’re ready to start looking at homes. I’ll screen potential properties and present you with suitable options for your consideration as well as setting up a custom MLS search to identify properties that meet your requirements. I’ll then help to arrange appointments and accompany you to viewings.
Negotiate a deal
There will be a point during your search when you find “the one”. This is when we’ll sit down to take a detailed look at comparable sales and price trends for the area and determine your offer. I will present your offer directly to the seller and selling agent and negotiate a sale at the right price and the best terms for you – always with your best interests in mind.
Final paperwork and moving in
With a deal signed, you’re almost home. I will guide you through the process of closing on your new home – taxes, insurance, legal fees and more.
